Alumna Owned Business Recognized as Top Women-Owned Business in Austin

Kimberly Watson-Hemphill (MS EM, ’95) is president and founder of Firefly Consulting, which was recently recognized as one of the Top 25 Women-Owned Businesses in Austin by the Austin Business Journal.

Firefly Consulting assists businesses with operational excellence, innovation, growth and development. Watson-Hemphill has lead Lean Six Sigma programs in several service and manufacturing industries, including a global Fortune 500 company. She is currently on the faculty of Acton School of Business and has written and published two books: Fast Innovation and Innovating Lean Six Sigma.
