Greg RodinAerospace engineering professor Gregory J. Rodin, engineering mechanics graduate student Reza Soheilifard, and College of Natural Sciences associate professor Dmitrii Makarov have co-authored a paper that has been chosen for the 2008 Highlights of the journal Physical Biology. The paper, “Critical evaluation of simple network models of protein dynamics and their comparison with crystallographic B-factors," was selected for its “presentation of outstanding new research, receipt of the highest praise from our international referees, and the greatest number of downloads from the journal Web site, providing a taste of the journal's overall content.” The committee chose this paper among a collection of the seven best research articles published in Physical Biology in 2008.

Rodin holds the Temple Foundation Endowed Faculty Fellowship No. 6 and is affiliated with the Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences
