The Mass Change Mission is a space mission kicked off by NASA as it executes its next Decadal Earth Science program. This space mission is a joint constellation concept between NASA and ESA, and is in pre-Phase-A. Srinivas Bettadpur has begun UT engagement in this mission, starting with a pre-Phase-A grant.
